I’m so happy you found yourself all the way down here. I’m a New York-based marketing consultant.
I work with clients at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping brands and individuals figure out not just what to say, but how to build the systems that say it consistently.
My background is in patient recruitment for real-world evidence studies, where I learned to think about audience journeys at a granular level: who is this person, where do they live online, what do they actually respond to, and where are they dropping off?
I bring that same rigor to every project: consumer brands, personal brands, and mission-driven companies alike. Whether I'm building a recruitment funnel for a rare disease study or launching a wellness brand from scratch, the work always starts in the same place — the lived experience of the person on the other side.
When I’m not connecting with clients, I’m either teaching group fitness, studying for my 500hr Pilates Certification, or exploring New York City.
